Service Description

Billie Lowe provides a platform for uploading, processing, and visualizing Austrian energy bills. The service includes PDF upload, AI-powered data extraction, data storage, and chart generation.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Data Storage

You retain ownership of your uploaded data. We store your energy bill data securely and use it solely to provide the service. You can request deletion of your data at any time.

AI Processing

By uploading PDFs, you consent to the processing of bill content via OpenAI API for data extraction purposes. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of AI-extracted data and recommend verifying critical values.

Liability

We strive to provide accurate data extraction and visualization, but we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy. You are responsible for verifying the correctness of extracted data. We are not liable for decisions made based on the platform data.

Termination

You may delete your account and associated data at any time. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or remain inactive for an extended period.

Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Austrian law. The place of jurisdiction is Vienna where legally permissible.
